Refund Policy

In general, we are happy to accommodate students with scheduling conflicts, including switching session dates or times (subject to class space availability), at no additional charge. If you have any questions, please contact us! In the case you would like to cancel a course registration, please refer to our refund schedule:  

1. Prior to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start date of your session, we will refund registration fees less a 10% administrative charge.

2. Within 2 weeks of the class start date we will refund 50% of registration fees paid.

3. Within 1 week of the class start date, we will not be able to issue a refund.
